Usually our first thought of loading up on vitamin C is to grab a super fresh orange that has tons of vitamins. Its definitely loaded with nutrients and this yummy fruit contains about 70mg for a medium size orange but believe it or not there are quite a lot of foods that have more vitamin c than an orange!!
